Oh luxury

Thought I'd share a couple things on my Sephora wishlist that fall into that not-going-to-get-anytime-soon category. The first is Crema da Sogno body cream from Tocca, which looks soooo heavenly. The second is Miss Dior Cherie perfume. I'm not at all a perfume girl, but this ones looks fun and flirty, yeah? Someday.

I'm back!

Hi all – I've returned from a nice vacation in L.A. (relatives live there) and am now enjoying part deux of the seasonal break, my New Years four-day weekend. Hope everyone's holiday went smoothly + sparkling, as well. Short shop update: one of my gifts to relatives was this new "check-your-own" notecard that includes four different greetings. Now that it's not a surprise anymore, I listed it in the shop. Okay. Enough of that. I'll be back tomorrow with some kind of good find. Cheers!

1. I used to eat bananas by just opening the top part and then squishing the banana up from the bottom. It was really mushy, gross, and delicious. I don't do this anymore.
2. I failed a spelling test once in sixth grade, but I had a very understanding teacher so after I went up and told him, he didn't make me say "Redo" out loud when everyone called out their scores.
3. I really wish I knew French. And fluently.
4. One of my all time most-loved songs is Pixies' "Where is My Mind?"
5. I'm a homebody.
6. When I was younger, I had penpals in South Africa, Michigan, and New Zealand.
7. Very few people have called me "Rach" in my life, but I secretly like it.

Sorry for the crap photo, just had to share my secret santa gift from work and all I had was my phone. Ciao ciao, foul owl and pickles just joined the ranks! It's pretty late (early early saturday, rather) so I'll leave the rest to the weekend posts. Looking forward to tagging some fave blogs...
