Demetri is the newest little guy up in the shop. He comes with Bing the snake, who can be curled around Demetri in a number of ways. Blue snakes are the best.. am I right? See more details here.

and now for something completely different

... well, not completely different. But the first of its kind in my shop. Tonight I listed this little set of stickers, which includes Yami the lion and some necessary accessories. Read more about them here.

A couple odd/funny food-related things happened today. This morning we breakfasted at a nearby greasy spoon joint, Beth's Cafe. The walls are entirely pasted with crayon drawings, which I realized most of which were drawn by adults. There was one in particular that I noticed: in bold, big letters, "You're cute when you're screaming." I'm sure this was meant in a loving, teasing way, but I imagined it in context of a horror movie. Oh, my manipulative mind.

Later at Safeway I was pushing the cart behind a retiring-aged lady who had a mini-cart filled with only four jars of alfredo sauce. Not so strange, I figure, must be a sale. But then I see an exact replica of this woman in the checkout aisle one over – about age 60, same physical frame, unloading a mini-cart... of only four jars of alfredo sauce. Stefan's guess is that they are in cahoots, loading up on the cheap pasta sauce while they can, perhaps to resale it and bring in the big money.

Now up in the shop: paloo (and her carrot), clarence & zeek, and maxine (and her cupcake). Ooo, and I'm so close to 500 shop hearts! It's unbearable.

New plush up in the shop!

New little guy in the shop. I have to admit that I'm still fidgeting with the pattern of this particular plush design. I've sold multiple versions and they've all been a little different. Anyway, this newbie, Buck, comes with a sweet little donut. Pink sprinkles and all.

Ok, just this one more post today and that's it. I need to get out of computer land and make lunch so we don't miss seeing Semi-Pro! Anyway - new print in the shop. Some little radishes. Get one of the prints here.

the kleeps

I have no energy to crawl the internet for new and exciting things, so today's another shop post. New design, and check the listing out here. I also have four other plushies in progress, but they are designs I've done before. Still, that's good, it means I like them.

meet hal.

Hal is the newest guy up in the shop. He's slightly larger than my previous plush creations. He's also very mustachey mysterious. I've been wanting to try some more angular creations, so he's the first of the bunch.

byll (longbear)

Byll the longbear is now up in the shop. Whew... it's... almost sort of the weekend soon. I need to catch up on zzz's.

Round two

I've just listed two new plushies in the shop – they may look pretty familiar. Zane and Theo found new homes rather quickly, and I'm very happy about that, but then I began to miss them. So I had to make more! Introducing Trudy (right) and Lennon (left).
